I called on Tuesday afternoon to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic test for Wednesday 8/20 at 7:30am. Once i arrived i was informed that when you schedule an online appointment it doesn’t matter because they do not take appointments. I informed the service advisor that someone over the phone from the company scheduled it for me. In return i was informed it would be a few days before they could get to my car which was not convenient so i end up leaving appointment. Returned same day at 3pm for a oil change before car was brought back the service advisor informed me i had 200,000 miles on my car with a check engine light on and informed me i should think about trading it in. Then introduced me to sales person i informed the sales person i was not there to buy a new car. After this encounter i was informed 2 other times about trading my car in by the same advisor. I felt like it was very pushy im only here for an oil change at that time.

Brought my. Truck in for a safety recall service manager was up front and knowledgeable of the situation.

Took longer than I was expecting. Altogether my car was there a week. That was hard because we only have one vehicle now.

My service advisor was great (Alex). I had earlier visited the Metairie service center and was not impressed so I called with no appointment and actually spoke to the general manager Mr kost, who assured me that I would get taken care of and that's exactly what happened. I was in and out of the service center in minutes having my oil changed and a noise fixed on my frt end!!! Thanks again Mr kost and Alex!!! I will continue to take the ride for your excellent customer service.
