I left my truck there all day, they never actually scanned it in so when I showed up at the end of the day they had not even touched the truck. They rushed and gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience, but when I got home there were 2 air pressure caps missing off of my tires, I am assuming because they rushed through the job. This was a poor experience.

I was extremely displeased with the level of service I received from the service department. I brought my vehicle in for a comprehensive inspection and was informed that the tires needed replacement. I was also advised that the tires would need to be ordered and could take several days to arrive. Unfortunately, my service advisor was scheduled to be on vacation the following week, and this created significant communication and customer service issues.
Both my warranty company and I made multiple attempts to obtain the information necessary to process the tire claim. The warranty company only required photographs of the tires, yet despite repeated requests made several days in advance, the information was never properly submitted. I was repeatedly told that other advisors preferred not to handle another advisor’s work while my assigned advisor was out of the office.
I found this extremely troubling and unprofessional. As the customer, I should not have had to make multiple trips to the dealership or personally coordinate basic claim processing tasks between the service department and the warranty company. During one visit, I spent an extended amount of time waiting in the service department while multiple unsuccessful attempts were made to submit the required photographs that should have already been provided days earlier.
What was most disappointing is that I would have expected management to be made aware of a situation involving repeated customer inconvenience and delays. While I was not necessarily expecting anything significant, some form of customer accommodation even something as simple as a complimentary tire rotation would have demonstrated concern for the inconvenience and frustration caused throughout this process, especially considering I paid in excess of $2,000 for the replacement tires.
Overall, the experience demonstrated a lack of communication, teamwork, accountability, and customer support within the service department. A customer should never feel abandoned simply because their assigned advisor is on vacation

Due to there not being a designated "diesel" technician available, I was unable to get my "Check Engine" light turned off or the issue addresses. I will have to schedule a follow up visit. It was not a big inconvenience since this type of service is not usually done on a weekend. The service provided was Good, but would have been Excellent if handled.
